Today, I sent my husband off to the first day of his second (and final) year of Culinary school. You’d think it’d be easy to lose weight around here since he can make such yummy food, but therein lies the problem. His food is yummy, and it’s not always healthy. This year is going to keep him busy–with both school and a job–so I may have a decent shot of using his expertise to create healthy meals on my own.
Having a cold sucks. We had our Fantasy Football Draft tonight, too…hence the Buffalo Wild Wing dinner.

I love that you are sharing day by day. I saw you mention this on FB the other day but just now got here and read through all your days since you started. Thank you for being honest and telling us what parts are hard and such – it is good to know that I am not the only one who struggles.
Keep up the great work and the great blogging about it – hopefully it will inspire me to do better – I’ve got a LONG way to go!
Thank you for stopping by and holding me accountable.
I figured putting myself out there was the only way I’ll ever get it done!
